Ahoy

Sometime in Mar/Apr the universe decided that those that were me or closely related to me should be crapped upon in a total but only very lightly crappy way.

My Mom got in an accident. My Dad's job got terminated. I got into a car wreck. My toe got messed up. My extended family dropped like flies and decided that they needed to bicker about it.

It continued into May and June with pain and irritation. Things at work have been tense. Thing in romanceville have been tense. Things in friendtown have been tense. And for no goo reason.

But finally the clouds are parting or so it seems. "Things" around the house are finding themselves done. My car is in the shop. Personal relationships are mending and strengthening and work...well work is still an issue but at least not intolerable.

My family still bickers but at least I don't have to hear about it as much these days. My 'rents are doing better and hopefully my father will havea new job type thing too. It is possible it will be at evil Microsoft working for his old boss from telecom type things. *shudder* The man is nuts.

I want to write but suffer from both a lack of time and motivation. Not block. I know what I would write. Oh the things I could write! But to what end? I am in a wierd writing apathy...and so I post to my livejournal instead. *sigh* Is that sad?

Anyway. I am hoping to be better about this from now on. There was some slippage and many things went unsaid.
But no more.

Ex-boyfriends.

Sometimes relationships suck. Sometimes you have to leave them or they leave you. Either way wallowing in it for over six months and calling back your ex just to be an asshole serves nothing but irritation and frustration. I know its hard. I've been there and I suppose in my own ways I have done that. But still, after a while, just let it go!

Anyway.

I went through a lot of my old notebooks this last weekend and wow...I have a lot of random slips of paper. I spent some time compiling them tonight and it is going well. I have purchased a number of blank notebooks over the years and it is a rewarding experience to actually start to fill them. It reminds me of why I need to get back online and in school and "out there"...it refines my processes and forces more thought out of me. Which, contrary to popular belief is for the better : - )

In the future I hope to post a little more substance but it takes some time to get the motion forward and the gears grinding properly. Posting regularly is the first hurdle. Posting substantially comes second...But I will try to work on both problems at the same time.

Most likely I will post regularly on Sun/Mon but until then...
